Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

This is fantastic. Smaller than I thought. But it’s perfect. I got it to clean my bunny cage out every day and this is great. Doesn’t last the 2 hours they say but that’s ok. I only need it for about 1/2 hour anyways. I just charge it every other day. 100% worth the price. It does great at picking his poo and other things up.

I enjoy cleaning my car but until the automatic car vac, l couldn't really clean inside the a/c vents and other small spaces. This vac has a very sensitive on but, is very powerful, fits good in hand and can be used for household dusting. It is extremely easily to use, it's chargeable, comes fully charged and has an extra washable filter. It's compact for easy storage and it's a pretty color too. I may buy a few for gifts. I'm so excited about my portable vac, what a great buy!

The suction on this is incredible and it's so light! Battery doesn't last very long but with the suction power that doesn't surprise me. Have to empty it frequently if sucking up a lot of pet hair. make sure to charge until the light turns blue.
